Fresh Biites Refund & Exchange Policy
Effective February 2025

At Fresh Biites, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to serving the freshest fruit and Cool Biites with a smile. Because our products are perishable and prepared fresh daily, please review our policy below:

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for items once they have been served or delivered. However, if there is an issue with the accuracy of your order, please let us know immediately at the time of purchase so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We offer same-day exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a quality concern with your order
  • You notify us immediately upon receiving the product

Simply return the uneaten item to our staff, and we’ll be happy to replace it with the correct or improved product at no extra charge.

Cancellations

Orders made in advance (such as for events or catering) may be cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable due to product preparation.
